A triple slider window, also referred to as a XOX window, is one of the more popular window designs for larger openings.
XOX or triple slider windows are composed of three pieces of glass inside one main frame. The two active sashes on each end slide over the center fixed sash.
The triple slider window is often used when a sliding window is needed, but the opening is wider than 72 inches. It features two end-vent sashes for more ventilation and a center pane of glass for an undisturbed outside view.
Triple sliders can be customized by increasing or decreasing each sash’s width, meaning you can have a 25/50/25 split, an even 33/33/33 split, or other sizes depending on your design and functionality needs.
